Associate Marriage & Family Therapist # 185391.
Supervised by Dr. Rachel Irish, Psy.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY #31712)
I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with Creative Healing Therapy Solutions. I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and strength-based approaches to help foster resilience and emotional well-being.
My clinical focus includes working with trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and supporting first responders and others in high-stress environments. Before becoming an associate marriage and family therapist, I spent a career in law enforcement, served in leadership roles in higher education, and worked in nonprofit mental health services—experiences that continue to inform my therapeutic work today.
I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership. I am also the author of Body, Mind, and Badge: Strategies for Navigating Law Enforcement Trauma and Resilience and actively serve on boards dedicated to trauma recovery, public safety, and mental health advocacy.
I am currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you in your healing journey.
